NOTE:

General Concept : Cultural / Historical relative to the 80th Anniversary
Celebration of Misamis Oriental as a Separate Province

Pocket Activities :

The night activities have different sub-titles that depict the diversity of people, race and culture in Misamis Oriental. Each night will be described through a brief description of its culture, followed by a cultural dance presentation to set the atmosphere.

The first three (3) nights will be hosted primarily by the three (3) RBO Components in Misamis Oriental with different activities, presentations or competitions. The RIC for Higa-onon Night, the 4H Club for Muslim Night and the P4MP for the Christian/Hispanic Night.

The 4th Night which is entitled as MISAMIS ORIENTAL TODAY, depicts the mainstream culture of Misamisnons at present. In its 80th glorious years as Misamis Oriental, this night is expected to be filled with the festive atmosphere of exultation and celebration.

Siberian Husky sa Pinas


Hindi ako maka paniwala na makakayanang mabuhay ng isang Husky dito sa Mindanao nang walang aircon. Kilala ang mga asong ito na hindi na bubuhay sa maiinit na lugar. Astig ang asong ito dahil nakayanan nyang mabuhay dito.

Astig na Art


Isang astig na art work ang aking kinuhaan nang larawas nung umikot kami sa museum ng Xavier University Cagayan de Oro. Nagandahan ako sa pag kakagawa ng larawang ito at masasabi mo talagang ganito ka galing ang mga pinoy.

The Great Hope



Manny Pacman Pacquiao isa sa pinaka sikat na pinoy sa buong mundo. Dahil kay Manny Pacquiao ang maging pinoy ang isang karangalan dahil sya ang nagbibigay pag-asa at inspirasyon sa mga Pilipino. Siya ay tinaguriang nang TIME magasin na “The Great Hope” o ikanga ang pag-asa. Si Pacquiao ang nag bibigay pag-asa sa mga taong Pilipino na lumaban sa mga pag subok nang buhay.

Buko


Ang buko ay isa sa pinaka sikat na pagkain nang mga pinoy. Madaming pag-kain ang kayang magawa sa buko isa na dito ay butong masarap na inumin ng mga pinoy. Pwede din gumawa ng gata para sa mga putahing pinoy. Gaya ng biko, bicol express, binignit, ginataang langka, at maraming pang iba.

Duyan




Ang duyan ay isang pang karaniwang gamit ng mga pinoy para mapatulog ang mga sanggol noong panahon ng ating mga lola at lolo. Hanggang ngayon ang duyan ay ginagamit parin ng mga pangkaraniwang pinoy lalo na yung mga pamilyang hindi kayang bumili ng mga modernong gamit para sa sanggol. Ang duyan ay binobuo nang kumot at lubid, kapag mayron ka nito madali ka ng maka gagawa ng munting duyan para sa sanggol.

Pacquiao Astig Ka



Pinakita ni Manny PACMAN Pacquiao kung sino ang tutuong astig sa kanilang dalawa ni Miguel Cotto. Sa pamamagitan nang pag papakita na kaya nyang tanggapin ang mga suntok ng kapeon ng Puertoriko na si Miguel Cotto at na pa tumba nya din ito sa ika tatlo at apat na round. Ayon sa mga kritiko nawala ang respeto nila kay Miguel Cotto kasi hindi na nya pinakita ang kanyang pag ka kampeon. Kasi imbis na lumaban sya ay lumalayo na sya ka Pacquiao. Sa buong laban hanging sa ika labing dalawang kabanata nang laban nag mukhang kawawa na si Miguel Cotto duguan ang muka at bibig itinigil nang referee ang laban at tagumpay na na sungkit ni Manny Pacquiao ang ika pitong titolo WBO welterweight na kurona. Manny Pacquiao astig ka talaga at isang karangalan ang dinagdag mo sa kapwa Filipino.
